Description
Our Protection Dog Basics III program includes our Obedience Complete by CPI program while providing the skills necessary to “turn-on” aggressively, advanced biting skills, strategic targeting, release on command as well as to “turn-off”. The same basics found in our Protection Dog Basics I and II programs.
Protection Dog Basics III takes the training a step further by providing a foundation in basic fighting skills. When a dog is used in protection, whether in personal protection or K-9 law enforcement, biting is often not enough. A criminal who has not backed down after seeing a dog “turned-on” will in all likelihood try to stop the dog from biting, and fight the dog once the dog does bite. The greater the fighting skills a dog possesses the better prepared a dog is to defend home and family. This program is where it all begins.

The Protection Dog Basics III program is a great choice for owners wanting to cover all of the basics: functionality when asked to "turn-on", advanced biting skills and the basics of fighting.
Evaluations
While all dogs are capable of going through our Obedience Complete by CPI program (regardless of breed or age), not all dogs are capable of functional protection training. We offer an evaluation at no charge to clients who bring their dogs to us at our facility just outside of Boston in Methuen, Massachusetts.
For dogs shipped to us there is a $500.00 charge for the time involved with pick-up and delivery to the airport. If your dog is accepted into any one of our programs, including obedience, the $500.00 charge is credited towards the price of the program.
Our office staff will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for air transportation. We offer ground transportation for pets located within New England, New York and New Jersey.
Price: $9,500.00
For clients who have already had their dog trained in Protection Dog Basics I or II, the cost of the program is the difference in price between the previous program and Protection Dog Basics III.
Purchasing a Fully Trained Dogs
The fully trained dogs who we offer for sale are all trained in our three advanced programs: Executive Protection Dog, Elite Family Guardian and Elite Family and Estate Protection Dog programs. You may purchase one of our imported adults (at the bottom of the Dogs For Sale page) and have him or her trained in our Protection Dog Basics III program. The price for imported adults start at $8,500.00.
