Training in Advanced Fighting Skills

This is a great video to demonstrate some of our dog's advanced fighting skills being put to use.

We ask that you keep in mind that fighting a dog (equivalent to sparring) is NOT how you teach a dog to fight. The process of training a dog to fight is a matter of months of teaching specific skill sets (think of the movie "The Karate Kid" with "wax on - wax off") followed by instructing them in how to use the skills functionally. Then comes developing their use of the skills in situation where they are not sure they can succeed. Only once this final phase of training is complete is a dog then "tested" at this level, or higher, according to their ability.
