Your Dog Now a CPI Dog!

We have built our reputation for selecting extraordinary dogs, and providing advanced training unique to CPI. As Europe is rather large, we are not the only ones who find great dogs. As a dog training center we offer the same CPI training programs for dogs purchased elsewhere. Of course, as long as they are capable of going through our training program.

Maintaining Relationships

Often we receive calls from dog owners who have purchased their imported German Shepherd or Belgian Malinois elsewhere. Often one of the first things to be communicated is their appreciation for the breeder, trainer or dog broker who sold them their dog. Then an interest in the type of performance CPI is known for providing. Naturally, the purchase of a dog is very personal, as is the relationship to whoever was involved in the process. There often is this inherent conflict in coming to us while remaining appreciative to another professional within our field. We understand and respect that relationship.

As a professional courtesy to our clients, as well as to the breeders, trainers or dog brokers whom they have purchased their dogs from, we do not disclose information on the training of dogs that client’s have purchased elsewhere.

Ongoing Training with Local Trainers

We also have clients who send us their dogs for training yet want to continue to work with their local trainer after their dog completes our training program.

We are happy to work with most professionals to assist them in providing ongoing maintenance training for dogs we have trained.

Pricing

The prices for training depends on your dog's present level of ability and skills within protection work. On average the following is a guideline for a dog with the same level of ability as the dogs CPI selects for training.

Executive Protection Program: $10,000.00
Elite Family Guardian: $17,500.00
Elite Family and Estate Protection Dog: $17,500.00

Once a price is determined for a specific dog the cost remains the same regardless of time required.

As with the sale of fully trained adult dogs, the expenses of airfare, hotel and car rental are the responsibility of the owner.

Personal Handling Instruction

As with all of CPI’s dogs, our training programs include personal instruction by our staff at your home upon completion.

Evaluation

Our office staff will be happy to arrange for your dog to be transported to us in Boston for an evaluation. In most locations we use Continental Airlines for transportation outside of New England, New York and New Jersey.

We have relationships with shipping companies that specialize in pet transportation in most international markets including Europe, Central and South America.
